Policies - Terms & Conditions
Rates
- Rates are Exclusive of applicable taxes.
- Rates on single occupancy basis will be 75% of the basic cost (75% of double occupancy amount).
- In case of triple occupancy, any person above 6 year of age will be charged as an extra person (with mattress).
- Name change shall be treated as cancellation & cancellation policy shall be applied.
- Organiser reserves all rights to make any changes without prior notice.
- Rates are exclusive of applicable Taxes.
Cancellation
- 100% Refund if cancelled before 30 days prior to schedule arrival.
- 75% Refund, if cancelled more than 15 days prior to schedule arrival (but less than 30 days).
- No Refund, if cancelled less than 15 days prior to scheduled arrival.
- Change in Guest/ Guests names would be treated as cancellation. If Case any date changes Rs.1800/- person (Rate difference shall be levied) will be charged.
